Supplier evaluation
HydroWorld Spas has strong principle in product positioning. All the material and parts are chosen from the suppliers according to the product positioning strictly.
HydroWorld Spas carry out Vendor classification and evaluation to ensure the materials or parts used for production fulfilling positioning of product and the quality requirements. HydroWorld Spas only choose the materials and parts produced by only the top suppliers, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. For the core materials and parts HydroWorld Spas choose the most reliable from the world class supplier, such as Acrylic from LUCITE (US) , GMP (Canada) plastic fittings, etc..
Receiving and inspection
All the raw materials and parts are inspected strictly when warehousing by our QC. The defect raw materials and parts will be rejected after inspection. And a disposition of those raw materials and parts with discrepancies will be made.
The QC carries out 100 percent inspection testing throughout component production, finished product assembly, and packaging processes.
Quality records
HydroWorld Spas identify the quality records necessary in our industry, record and maintenance them on a continual basis.
Serial number designation
All the products come with a serial Number to help customer and factory to trace back the product and handle the problem when product has problem.
Product labeling
Labeling control ensure all the products have identification labels and safety hazard labels, and help customer to identify the products and avoid the potential risk during using.
Data analysis and continual improvement
HydroWorld Spas collects data, such as incoming inspection record, QC record, etc., analysis the data to ensure continual improvement in QA and QC system.
